Payment Information
Lessons can be paid weekly or monthly by bank transfer.
Once ongoing lessons are arranged, students are allocated a regular lesson slot. Payment confirms the booking and secures your lesson time.
A Zoom link will be sent the day before each lesson.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that unexpected situations can arise.
Lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice will not be charged.
If a student does not attend a lesson or cancels with less than 24 hours' notice, the lesson fee will normally still apply, as the lesson time has been reserved specifically for that student.
Exceptions may be made in cases of genuine emergency.
